General

  • How does washing and drying work?
    Each apartment has a washer-dryer ready to use — no coins or booking needed. Billing is based on trust.

  • How do I report usage?
    Please use this form within 2 days after checkout — even “no usage” must be submitted to avoid flat-rate billing.

  • Why a trust system?
    Because we want your laundry to be easy and flexible — without coin machines or restrictions.
     

Prices & Payment

  • How much does it cost? See current prices here. Early payment means lower rates.

  • How can I pay? Via the form here — by card, PayPal, SEPA, or bank transfer (IBAN on invoice).

  • Can I pay in cash? Unfortunately not. If needed, a service fee applies.

  • Do I get a business invoice? Yes — sent after payment with VAT. Enter your company info in the form.

  • Can my staff pay separately? Yes, each guest can use the form individually.

  • Can I prepay or book a package? Yes — simply choose quantity in the form. Booking is non-refundable.
     

Use & Tips

  • How to use the machine? Sort laundry, empty pockets, choose program (e.g. 40 °C), add detergent, press start.

  • How full can it be? Max. ¾ — protects the machine and washes better.

  • Machine doesn’t start or shows error? Check power, door, program. Still stuck? Contact us.

  • How long does it take? Washing ~1.5 hrs, drying ~2+ hr. Drying may need to be started separately.

  • Can I use my own detergent? Absolutely.
     

Care & Damage

  • What must not be washed? Coins, keys, tools, lighters, cables and similar — they may cause damage.

  • Door won’t open? Wait 1–2 minutes after cycle. Never force it — a broken door requires a full replacement.

  • Water leaking? Report immediately to prevent further damage.

  • Can I unplug or open the unit? No — please don’t try repairs. We’ll handle it.

  • Am I liable? Booker is only liable for improper use (e.g. forced door, foreign objects, DIY repair).
     

Billing

  • I didn’t know there were laundry fees. We mention it clearly on our website, in the terms and listings.

  • I didn’t know I had to report. It’s clearly mentioned many times.

  • I didn’t do laundry — still report? Yes. Just enter the "no use" form here.

  • Missed the deadline? Contact us anyway. We will try to find a solution, but we can not guarantee it.

  • Invoice incorrect? Let us know within 2 working days after departure. After that the invoice is final.

  • What if usage differs from reality? Some Machines are monitored. Large discrepancies may be corrected.

  • Machine defective or unavailable? Report within 24 hrs. 

  • I refuse to pay. If no agreement is reached, the invoice will be passed to collections.
